Kendra Lise

Kendra began her career with Aveda in the guest services department back in 2009. She loved it so much, she moved up to management where she was able to assist with salon operations and work closely with stylists and guests. Finding she had a great passion for the hair industry she decided to go to cosmetology school and graduated from the Denver Aveda Institute in December 2012. Kendra has been a licensed cosmetologist in Texas, Colorado, and New Hampshire. She enjoyed special event hair and make up and has gotten to travel to interesting places around the US for her clients’ weddings. She has assisted with editorial hair in Denver Fashion Week and was selected as a makeup artist for Austin Fashion Week when she lived in Texas. She specializes in short hair and loved “geeking out” on hair color formulas. The balayage (“hand painting”) technique is one of her favorites as she likes to paint on canvas as well. She recently moved to the Western Slope and is happy to be back in Colorado running trails and practicing/teaching yoga. She recharges by writing, painting, and sketching.
