I love doing any type of hair color specifically bright fashion colors.
HOW DO YOU KEEP LEARNING/PROGRESSING YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE?
There are constantly new things to learn because the industry is always changing. I think the internet and social media are really powerful learning tools. I also just watch my coworkers to learn some of their techniques and take any classes available to me.
WHAT WAS THE PIVOTAL MOMENT FOR YOU, PROFESSIONALLY? WAS THERE AN “AHA” OR OTHERWISE IMPACTFUL MOMENT ALONG YOUR JOURNEY?
I feel like you have these moments throughout your career. I’m pretty new out of school but I’ve had several of these so far. Like when you’re struggling with maybe a certain color or cutting technique and you finally get it, it just clicks after so many times of being frustrated. It gives you a confidence boost and reassures you that this is your passion.
